Bad Horse Los Angeles apparel is designed, created, and shipped from Los Angeles. Please allow a minimum 5 business days within the United States to ship in stock items. Some items may be custom printed to order and take slightly longer.

International shipping times may vary, depending on customs. Purchaser is responsible for any duties and/or taxes.

At this time, we are able to exchange for size only. Customer is responsible for all related shipping/re-shipping charges. Items must be returned within 10 days in original unworn, unwashed condition with tags on and intact.

Items are warranteed for 30 days from purchase for defects in workmanship and materials only. Please exercise care when opening all packaging and follow washing/drying/care instructions.

All sale items are Final Sale. Sale items may occasionally be exchanged for size only or for a Gift Card you may use at a later date. We are only able to issue a Gift Card once the original items have been returned.
